7.Set your goals. Any of your achievements may be reached only if you set up your goals. These should be the real goals, which bring the value into your life and enrich it with some positive emotions and feelings. Choose your real goals wisely.

8.Challenges develop you. We consider it to be good when we get something easily. We are sure that it’s our luck and we naturally want to get everything with minimal efforts. But it’s not that right thing you should follow.

Challenges are good for you. They develop you, giving you an opportunity to appreciate your achievements more. Feeling this ‘I’ve made it’ moment. It’s precious too!

9.Do what you like. Yes, it sounds obvious, doing what we love brings us some sort of pleasure and positive emotions. At the very same time, following this strategy is not so simple. You should really define the sphere, which you would like to deal with. Learning yourself and analyzing your desires is a key to success in this field.

10.Forget giving up. One more advice that has been repeated for all the time is ‘Never give up’. This phrase’s sense is obvious as well, but it still can’t be implemented in practice due to many reasons. People give up, because of their lack of will and desire to move forward, to continue their job and completing it in the result.

10 tips for your personal development (Part 1)

There is one important thing, concerning self-development that should be understood by every person. It is that fact that everybody has to do some steps, in order to improve oneself. These are the small changes, made on a daily basis, which change a person and his or her attribute to this world.

In this article, we’d like to give you some practical advice that will help you complete these steps successfully. Here they are.

1.It’s important to start now. Whether you’d like to learn a new language, or you are trying to get a better job – there is no other better moment, than now. You should realize this fact clearly that you definitely need to start building yourself at this moment, today, but not tomorrow or on the next week. It’s quite difficult, but still possible for everyone.

2.Make your tiny steps to a big achievement. It’s not a problem that you are moving slowly. It’s a real problem if you stopped already.

Psychologists advise using splitting as a main tool for making any task simpler and more real to complete. With splitting, any problem seems much easier. Use it each time when you need to do anything.

3.Learn from someone’s mistakes. It’s a precious skill, which needs to be developed by everyone. Don’t forget someone’s bad experience – use it for your own situation in your life. It’s the best teacher, which we usually value the least.

Interrupting is… your company’s enemy

There are a lot of people, who like interrupting. They think, that they help others, asking how their projects are going, giving some advice and checking, what has been already done. Unfortunately, these people may become bosses and company owners, which will result in pausing of others workers and a huge time wasting. Think about it well.

We don’t say, that the manager should not control people, who work under the projects in the particular company. It may be also not so good for the final results. However, you don’t need to do a ‘minute-interrupting’ – controlling the process of someone’s work in short periods of time. As a result, the whole working process’ efficiency lowers as well.

instead of interrupting, you should create a strategy for monitoring the work, using special checkpoints. They must be developed before the whole task is given. With their help, the status of work will be able to be monitored easily.

One more warning, given by researchers to those, who likes interrupting, is avoiding the change of priorities. It’s also an important thing for a good job in your company. You should create a special strategy, defining your priorities from the very beginning and show it to your personnel. After this such priority must be a concrete strategy of your business, the fundamentals of your work, that won’t be changed in any case. Using this approach lets you achieve much higher efficiency of your business. But never interrupt someone and change the goals ‘on the go’.
